Strategy closed May with a purchase of USD 75 million in Bitcoin.

Michael Saylor continued stacking Bitcoin in the last week of May, buying USD 75.1 million in BTC.

Michael Saylor's strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin globally, revealed its latest BTC purchases after the price briefly fell to USD 103,000 last week.

Strategy acquired 705 Bitcoin for USD 75.1 million between May 26 and 30, as announced by the company on June 2.

The latest purchases were made at an average price of USD 106,495 per coin, with Bitcoin dropping from USD 110,000 last Monday to an intraweek low of USD 103,400 for the weekend.

The purchase marked the company's latest Bitcoin acquisition in May, bringing total holdings to 580,955 BTC, purchased for approximately USD 40.7 billion at an average price of USD 70,023 per coin.

With the new acquisition, Strategy has slightly increased its Bitcoin performance, an indicator that refers to the percentage increase in the value of its Bitcoin holdings over a specific period of time.

According to Strategy's data, the latest purchase raised BTC performance for the year to 16.9%, an increase of 0.1% compared to the previous purchase of 4,020 BTC announced last Monday. BTC performance for the quarter is now at 5.4%.
