Based on the findings, it emerged that the expert and skilled trader in virtual currency (from Ravenna) not only failed to comply with tax monitoring obligations but also omitted to declare the significant capital gains realized from trading with cryptocurrencies for income purposes: this circumstance allowed the financial police to proceed with a seizure of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and avalanche, with a value in euros equivalent to approximately 11 million euros constituting the illicit profit.
