Liquidity is how easily a coin can be bought or sold without changing its price too much. Coins like Bitcoin have high liquidity, meaning even when the price jumps $1,000, it barely affects small trades. The market is deep enough to handle it 🏦
But for smaller or newer coins, a few trades can move the price a lot. That’s why they’re riskier — less liquidity means more slippage and unexpected losses 😬
