Lianlian Digital (02598.HK) rose nearly 80% at one point, OK Cloud Chain (01499.HK) rose by 30%, and New Fire Technology Holdings (01611.HK) increased by nearly 9%. This surge occurred after the stablecoin regulations in Hong Kong officially became law.
