American billionaire Elon Musk announced the launch of a brand new messaging app called XChat, inspired by the technologies of Bitcoin developer Satoshi Nakamoto in terms of security standards.
Musk explained in a post on the X platform that the new XChat service is equipped with encryption, self-destructing messages, the ability to send any type of files, as well as support for voice and video calls.
He added: "This system was built using the Rust programming language, with Bitcoin-style encryption, and a completely new architecture."
