$ETH : It is struggling to maintain support. As long as #ethereum holds it, we have hope in our #altcoins. If not, the dominance of $BTC will grow and grow (as has been happening..)
We shouldn't expect an altcoin season. Everything has changed. Since the ETF of #bitcoin was created and countries, institutions, or companies are buying more and more Bitcoin, we no longer expect what used to happen. What was happening?
First they invested in BTC, then the flow of money went to ETH, and to those with the highest market cap, then to memecoins, and finally to low-cap ones.
What happens now? If Bitcoin rises, altcoins rise. If Bitcoin falls, altcoins bleed out. If ETH rises, altcoins rise significantly. If ETH falls, altcoins fall significantly. There are no money flows like before...
And this, in my opinion, is here to stay.
What should we do? Hold Bitcoin or altcoins with a future, of high market capitalization, that hopefully have the opportunity to obtain an ETF to become more stable.
Am I saying that altcoins are not going to rise or won't take off? I'm not saying that, but we will see significant increases when Bitcoin's dominance decreases, through an increase of Ethereum over Bitcoin, which will happen at times.
Many will die, yes:
- They only invest in futures.
- They only invest in low-cap altcoins that Binance will continue to remove from its platform more and more.
- They only invest in altcoins that Binance has just added to the system. There you can lose 90% of the invested amount.
