Bitcoin (BTC) Stabilizes Around $104K as Certain Altcoins See Notable Weekly Dips (Weekend Overview)
Bitcoin's price has recovered slightly to just above $104,000 after falling to a 12-day low of $103,000 over the weekend. Despite this rebound, its weekly performance remains negative. Several altcoins have experienced a more significant drop in price over the past week, with DOGE, SOL, SUI, and LINK from the larger caps leading the decline.
Most notably, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu have seen declines of 15% and 12.6% respectively, while Solana, SUI, and LINK have each dropped around 10%. Despite the overall downward trend, Cronos' native token (CRO) has managed to increase by 7.5% since last Sunday.
The total crypto market cap has fallen by over $250 billion since last week, now sitting below $3.4 trillion.
