Why does it feel like the market moves against me every time? 😓😓😓

When I buy during a dip (red candles) and sell once it turns green, I make a little profit — but then the price keeps going up 📈. But if I hold during a dip waiting for a recovery, the market drops even further 📉... and only starts rising again after I sell at a loss. 😤

Does anyone else experience this strange pattern? Is it just psychology, or something more? 🤷‍♂️💭
