⚠️ Issue with Binance Dual Investment Settlement – Need Clarification or Compensation
I subscribed to a Dual Investment product on #Binance with the following condition:
🔹 If $ETH < $2625 at 08:00 UTC → I receive ETH
🔹 If $ETH ≥ $2625 → I receive USDT
On settlement time (13:30 IST / 08:00 UTC), ETH was clearly below $2625 – as shown in the attached screenshot I took at 13:29 IST.
❌ But Binance still settled the position in USDT, not ETH.
This looks like a wrong settlement, costing me a fair chance to buy ETH at a discount as per the product terms.
📢 I need Binance to:
Explain the Fixing Price logic with transparency
Rectify the error or compensate fairly
This is serious. If there’s no clear resolution, I will file a complaint with SEBI and India’s cyber authorities.
