HashKey's financial situation has become rather tense. An anonymous industry player stated that HashKey has recently launched a large-scale layoff, with one-third of employees being dismissed, and some IT vendors facing delayed payments or even contract termination.

Two practitioners from different companies, both close to HashKey, indicated: "HashKey has almost only six months of cash flow on hand."
