⚙️ Technical Adjustments of Maxwell
• The duration of the epoch increases from 500 to 1000.
• The TurnLength increases from 8 blocks to 16 blocks (which equals 12 seconds per validator turn, considering 0.75 s/block).
• Fast completion is now achieved in approximately 1.875 seconds, improving block consistency and confirmation. ⏱️

🔝 Three Key Proposals
🔸 BEP-524: introduces a new block interval of 0.75 seconds, based on improvements from the Lorentz hardfork (which reduced block time from 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds).
