Many beginners make a simple but serious mistake!

Common example:

Someone created a wallet (like MetaMask or Trust Wallet), went to a trading platform (like Binance or OKX), and selected "Instant Trade" > "Deposit" > and copied the address shown there.

❌ They sent the coins to this address... but they didn't arrive at the wallet!

Why?

📌 Because the address they copied from the platform belongs to their account on the platform, not their personal wallet.

✅ The correct way:

Open your wallet (like MetaMask).

Copy your wallet address (you can usually find it under your account name, starting with 0x... on the Ethereum network).

From the platform (like Binance), select "Withdraw" instead of "Deposit."

Paste your wallet address there and choose the correct network.

Complete the withdrawal and wait for confirmation.

⚠️ Important notes:

Always make sure the network matches (ERC20, BEP20, etc.).

Do not send coins to the platform itself if your goal is to store them securely!

The wallet is your safe place, the platform is for trading only.
