🇺🇸 US appeals court reinstates President Trump's tariffs.
A US appeals court has temporarily reinstated President Donald Trump's tariffs, allowing them to stay in effect during the ongoing legal process. The tariffs, which include a 10% duty on nearly all foreign imports and a higher 50% "reciprocal tariff" on goods from countries with which the US maintains a trade deficit, were initially ruled unlawful by the US Court of International Trade. The Trump administration argued that it can reimpose the duties using executive authority under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974. Markets had largely priced in a policy-driven push for tariffs and are waiting for further developments. The court's decision gives the Trump administration more time to appeal.#TrumpTari $BTC ffs $BTC
