#交易类型入门 Many people ask me: How do you actually make contracts?
Today I will share a trading approach I usually use, full of practical insights, I recommend saving it!
How to open a position? It's very simple, follow these steps:
First, start with a 20% position to test the waters.
What if the direction is wrong?
If it drops 10%, immediately stop loss, and you only lose 2% of the total position, stop loss without hesitation.
What if the direction is right?
If it rises 10%, add another 20%;
If it rises another 10%, continue adding 20%;
If it rises another 10% for the last time, fill up the remaining 40%!
Then just hold on as long as it doesn't pull back 10%, just endure.
Once it pulls back 10%, without mercy, close the entire position!
This method is very similar to Livermore's approach—quickly admit defeat when wrong, and keep adding when right, trying to maximize the winning trades!
