It seems that Avalanche is quite popular in the United States!
Bergen County, New Jersey will put $240 billion real estate contracts on the blockchain through Avalanche
Bergen County in New Jersey has announced that, over the next five years, it will digitize approximately 370,000 real estate contracts worth about $240 billion utilizing the Avalanche network in collaboration with blockchain software company Balcony. The project will cover 70 municipalities in the county, serving nearly one million residents, and aims to enhance the efficiency and security of real estate record management. Bergen County official John Hogan stated that this move will make property record processing simpler, faster, and safer, with the platform capable of reducing contract processing time by 90%, and helping to identify municipal revenue losses due to incomplete records. This project is considered the largest real estate contract blockchain initiative in the United States to date, reflecting the ongoing trend of tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). $AVAX
