About NFT
NFT Value Triangle: "Utility > Community Consensus > Artistic Value"
1⃣ Utility
🔹 The essence of Web3 is "usage right economy"; the value of an NFT depends on what it can do, not just on "how it looks".
NFTs with no practical use are, in the long run, just JPEGs.
2⃣ Community Consensus is short-term fuel
🔹 NFT price = the price that believers are willing to pay, but consensus diminishes over time.
NFTs that rely solely on community will collapse instantly once the team slacks off or major holders sell out.
3⃣ Artistic Value is the least stable value
🔹 Art is highly subjective and easily replaceable, unless it's a top IP.
90% of PFP (Profile Picture NFTs) projects lack artistic value and are the first to go to zero in a bear market.
🦈 Characteristics of PFPs that can survive a bear market:
Strong empowerment, strong cash flow, strong brand.
🚨 Remember: NFTs are not "collectibles", but "rights certificates".
