Telegram and Elon Musk's xAI company have reached an agreement to bring Grok AI to Telegram users.
In this deal, Telegram will receive 300 million USD, in the form of cash and shares from xAI....Additionally, according to WSJ, Telegram is preparing to raise 1.5 billion USD through a bond issuance with expected participation from BlackRock and Citadel.
