🔴The CEO of the Telegram app, Pavel Durov, announced on Wednesday the signing of a new partnership between the app and the AI company "X.AI" owned by American billionaire Elon Musk, aimed at distributing the smart chatbot "Grok" to over a billion Telegram users worldwide.
📌Under the agreement, "Telegram" will receive $300 million from X.AI, distributed between cash and shares.
📌The company will also receive 50% of the revenue from paid subscriptions to "X.AI" made through the Telegram platform.
