At least three Palestinians lost their lives in Gaza after Israeli forces opened fire on a crowd gathered at an aid distribution site operated by a controversial group backed by Israel and the United States.
The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday in the southern city of Rafah, leaving 46 people injured and seven still missing, according to Gaza authorities.
