I haven't been able to find the vouchers I've exchanged and I've never received the voucher. Can someone explain how these work?

Some person lost his/her #rewards points because of he/she don't know what is real voucher... guys only token voucher if you buy it's going to your #spot wallet and you use its like your real money but if you buy trading fee rebate voucher so it's only work when you take any trade and it's work there only trading charges if you want to cash voucher then you only claim #tokenvoucher do not work in #tradingfeevoucher and it's not showing any spot wallet...$BNB
