Second day of quitting:

Last night I almost couldn't hold myself back, as soon as I opened Twitter it was full of female KOLs showing off. To quit, I must first quit lust; I now must enforce that I cannot look at any pictures/videos or articles. If I encounter bad temptations, I need to avoid them immediately.
