Officials report that over 1 million Muslim pilgrims from across the globe have already arrived in Saudi Arabia for Hajj.

Last year, pilgrims were seen departing the Grand Mosque after prayers during the sacred pilgrimage in Mecca.

Saudi Arabia has officially announced that this year’s Hajj will begin on June 4, following the confirmed sighting of the moon.
