Just in: Stablecoin giant @circle files for an IPO on the NYSE, aiming for a $6.7B valuation.
They plan to raise $624M by offering 24M shares priced between $24-$26.
It's expected to trade under the ticker $CRCL.
Circle also recently denied all acquisition talks —
"Circle is not for sale. Our long-term goals remain the same."
