The company Ctrl Alt has become the official partner of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) in a pilot project for property tokenization based on the XRP Ledger blockchain.

This is the first government project in the region, under which certificates of ownership are issued in the form of tokens on a public blockchain.

The project has been implemented together with VARA, Prypco, and the Dubai Future Foundation and is fully integrated with the official land registry.
