In a historic moment, Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the first time. He met with Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed in Abu Dhabi. Together, they sent a strong message: both countries are working together for peace, safety, and cooperation in the region.
This visit comes at a tense time, as the UAE recently faced attacks from Houthi drones and missiles. In response, Israel promised to support the UAE with security and intelligence.
President Herzog said, “We fully support your security needs… We are here to protect those who want peace.” Sheikh Mohammed agreed, saying that both countries understand the same threats to the region’s peace.
This visit is part of the Abraham Accords—a growing peace agreement between Israel and Arab nations. Herzog’s plane even flew over
