Pavel Durov was denied exit from France
The founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov, received his second denial in May to leave France, this time to Norway.
On May 27, Pavel Durov was scheduled to give a speech at the Freedom Forum in Oslo, but the court prohibited him from leaving the territory of France.
Earlier, on May 12, the judiciary denied Durov's trip to the USA for a meeting with investors, calling it 'non-essential'.
