In case you sell USDT on Binance P2P and encounter issues such as:

  1. The buyer does not transfer (after you have locked the order waiting for money),

  2. You have transferred but the seller does not release USDT,

These are the steps you need to take:

1. If you are the SELLER of USDT and the buyer does not transfer:

Absolutely DO NOT release USDT (do not click 'Received money') until you have received the money in your bank account.

Carefully check your account, SMS, Internet Banking, transaction history.

  • If after the specified time (15 minutes) the buyer does not pay, you can:

  • Click on 'Appeal' on the order interface.

  • Binance will intervene, requiring the buyer to provide proof of transfer.

  • If the buyer cannot provide proof, Binance will cancel the order and return USDT to you.

2. If you are the BUYER of USDT but the seller does not release

  • After successful transfer, you need to:

  • Click 'Transferred, next'.

  • Keep proof of transfer (bank statement, transaction images, reference code).

  • If the seller does not release USDT after the specified time:

  • You click 'Appeal'.

  • Binance will ask you to provide proof of transfer.

  • If verified correctly, Binance will release USDT to you.

    Important note:

  • Absolutely do not trade outside the platform, do not contact privately via Zalo/Facebook to avoid scams.

  • Only confirm when you have actually received the money or have actually transferred the money.

  • Always keep transaction proof for use when appealing.

You can click the 'Support' button at the top right of Binance P2P for the support team to intervene quickly.
