2/➫ I size my initial position based on the worst-case scenario, not the dream target
❍ That way, I never need a miracle to make the trade worthwhile
❍ If you’re dependent on a 5x to justify the risk- you already lost
❍ The goal is to win big if right, and survive if wrong
3/➫ My favorite TP model is based on time exposure, not just price
❍ The longer a coin goes sideways after a big move, the more likely I trim
❍ Momentum is a decaying asset
❍ If the breakout stalls for days with no follow-through, I scale out before market memory fades
4/➫ I trail profits using ATR bands - when price closes below 2x ATR from local high, I start exiting
❍ This keeps me in trends longer without panic-selling noise
❍ It’s not about tops - it’s about staying in control while letting volatility tell me when the move is over
5/➫ For coins in strong narratives, I use sentiment exhaustion as signal
❍ If everyone on CT is suddenly an expert on the project, my timer starts
❍ I monitor engagement and funding - parabolic sentiment often peaks 1–3 days before price
❍ I don’t sell first, but I never sell last
6/➫ If a position hits 5x the risk taken, I convert it to “free carry”
❍ I take out 80–90% and stop managing it actively
❍ I’ve learned that micromanaging moonbags wastes energy
❍ I lock in ROI and stop checking charts daily
❍ What’s left is either a bonus… or forgotten
7/➫ I don’t take profits based on dreams, I take them based on compression
❍ After vertical rallies, I wait for the first lower high on 4H or daily
❍ That’s usually the warning shot. I reduce before trendline breaks.
❍ Compression without follow-through = exit zone
