The event took place on Thursday at the Trump National Golf Club in Virginia, where Trump addressed 220 investors in his cryptocurrency project.
According to U.S. legislation, the presidential seal cannot be used in any way that could imply approval or sponsorship by the Government. Offenders may face fines or up to six months in jail.
