A few days ago, $Cetus was hacked for 230 million. Originally, $sui was on a good upward trend, but it was brought down. Blockchain security is truly very important. I just happened to see someone mentioning a decentralized network security protocol based on blockchain and post-quantum technology, @NaorisProtocol, which is in its IDO, so I took the opportunity to learn about this project.
The vulnerability of Cetus partly stems from the centralized design of its internal oracle system, which is prone to manipulation. With Naoris, each device becomes a validation node, checking the status of other devices, APIs, and smart contracts in real-time. If a hacker attempts to breach one node, the entire network will collectively defend itself, effectively eliminating the risk of single points of failure. This should be very important for DeFi projects.
However, this is not only applicable to blockchain; it can also be used in banking, communications, national defense, IoT, and healthcare. The project has received support from Draper Associates, which has previously invested in Coinbase, SpaceX, and Robinhood. They raised 31.5 million USD.
It seems the previous testnet has ended, and there is currently a public fundraising event that you can participate in.
The public fundraising is on ETH, and you can participate using $eth, $usdt, or $usdc, with a price of 0.11 USD, fully released. The public fundraising ends on the 27th, so you can assess the situation to see if you want to participate.
