Red Packets can fill you with crypto… or empty your wallet!
The "Hong Bao" are trending on Binance!
Red Packets are virtual envelopes containing FREE cryptocurrencies that you can receive in promotions, special events, or even from your friends! But behind this seemingly innocent gift… a brutal scam may be hiding.
WHAT ARE RED PACKETS AND WHY ARE THEY CAUSING A FUROR?
Binance introduced this feature to send crypto as a gift. Here's how it works:
Someone creates an envelope with a certain amount of tokens.
Share the link.
The first one to open it keeps it!
Sounds easy… but that's where the danger begins.

CRITICAL DANGER! FAKE RED PACKETS ARE LURKING
Did you know that many hackers are using fake red envelopes to steal keys, hack wallets, and launch junk tokens?
SCAMMERS' MODUS OPERANDI:
Links that imitate Binance but lead to scam sites.
Envelopes that ask for "approve" in your wallet... and with that, they steal from you!
Ghost tokens with no value that cannot be sold (or removed).
DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP!
Here are 7 sacred rules to NOT be scammed by a Red Packet:
Only open envelopes from Binance or trusted contacts.
Never enter your password on external sites.
Thoroughly verify the link (Binance is not “bínànce” or “bina-nce”).
Don't do "approve"! Check on BscScan first if a contract wants access to your wallet.
Be wary of strange tokens like “FLOKIBANANA31X.”
Use a secondary wallet with no funds if you want to experiment.
Report any suspicious envelope directly to Binance.
DID YOU FALL FOR THE SCAM?
Act NOW!
Change your password immediately.
Revoke permissions on BscScan (Revoke Approve).
Delete unwanted tokens.
