🇷🇺 Vladimir Putin signed a law on "anti-money laundering" measures for the digital ruble

According to the new law, the requirements of 115-FZ on combating money laundering and financing of terrorism now apply to operations with the digital ruble.

Key provisions:

▶️All users of the Central Bank platform will be classified by risk levels: low, medium, high.

▶️The Central Bank and banks will be able to block accounts and refuse service to individuals with high risk or under sanctions.

▶️All transactions over 1 million rubles will be subject to mandatory control by Rosfinmonitoring.

▶️The Central Bank will report annually on AML/CFT measures to the National Financial Council.
