Investment bank Clear Street expands its blockchain and digital assets division
According to reports, investment bank Clear Street announced that it will expand its blockchain and digital assets division, appointing Nakul Mehta and Collin Finnerty as managing directors. Both new managers have ten years of experience in the fintech and digital asset sectors, having previously worked at MJC Partners and BTIG, respectively. The new division will offer four core services: 1) Digital asset IPO strategy and financing; 2) Cryptocurrency reserve management consulting; 3) Cross-border merger and acquisition transactions; 4) Strategic collaboration for traditional financial institutions entering the digital market. CEO Ed Tilly stated that this expansion aligns with its global economic business, providing clients with real-time data and extended services through a cloud-native tech stack.
