A new collaboration between Binance and the European Law Enforcement Training Agency (CEPOL)
As part of the EU4Security initiative, Binance announced a strategic partnership with CEPOL to provide field and professional training to combat crimes related to digital currencies in Moldova.
• The first in-person training course was organized in Chișinău with the participation of 25 officials from investigative units
• Topics covered: Blockchain analysis, tracking digital wallets, fraud trends, and practical case studies
• The sessions were led by the Binance Criminal Investigations team, with practical techniques in OSINT and linking digital transfers to criminal activities
• The second course was held online on May 14, led by Jarek Jakubcek, addressing extortion cases and ransomware attacks
This collaboration reflects Binance's commitment to supporting global cybersecurity through effective partnerships between the public and private sectors.
