Why am I back today? Let me explain my logic!
1. Since dropping from the high point of 3.4, there has never been a rebound, just a continuous decline, but the volume has not increased, indicating that there has been continuous selling.
2. After reaching the lowest point on May 19, it stopped falling, and during that time it consolidated for 4 days. Other small coins surged, but it remained still, indicating that new investors have entered and are suppressing the price!
3. Today, there was a sudden increase in volume and a rise, I judge that short-term new investors have eaten their fill and need to distribute at high levels, but unexpectedly after the rise, it encountered a crash in Bitcoin, and the price dropped back to 1 yuan. I believe this investor will not take a loss and will likely use this major correction to wash out some positions and continue to push up, so I decisively entered!
My expectation is to exit around 1.3, not sure if there will be an opportunity!
