Celo Wallet is the first application of the project, it works and resembles the PayPal app. Users can put dollars in the Celo wallet, then send it to anyone in the world easily, using their phone number. The end user will receive the payment with such simplicity and without any obstacles.

So... it's Venmo, or CashApp, or PayPal... but with significant differences in usability, speed, and cost due to its decentralized nature.

In other words, Celo is a more free and faster version of PayPal; this is the future.
