In the past half hour, the hacker's address has mainly done two things:

1️⃣ Withdrew token liquidity

2️⃣ Transferred a large amount of USDC from Sui to the Ethereum mainnet (since most of the token pools use USDC as the stablecoin, this constitutes a large portion)

Have all the stolen tokens on Cetus been sold off? — Not yet
