The 3 most common mistakes that everyone makes when starting a new job.

I have "gone back to square one" several times in my life, each time starting over from scratch.

And every time like that, I realize one truth:

Just avoid these 3 mistakes, you will save a lot of time and money.

❌ 𝟏. 𝑵𝒈𝒉𝒊̃ 𝒓𝒂̆̀𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒉𝒊̉ 𝒄𝒂̂̀𝒏 𝒄𝒉𝒂̆𝒎 𝒄𝒉𝒊̉ 𝒍𝒂̀ đ𝒖̉

I once thought: just be diligent, stay up late, and work many hours, then there will be results.

But in the end, I was still left behind because... I lacked the right direction.

👉 𝐻𝑜̣𝑐 𝑐ℎ𝑎̆𝑚 𝑘ℎ𝑎́𝑐 𝑣𝑜̛́𝑖 ℎ𝑜̣𝑐 đ𝑢́𝑛𝑔. 𝐿𝑎̀𝑚 𝑛ℎ𝑖𝑒̂̀𝑢 𝑘ℎ𝑎́𝑐 𝑣𝑜̛́𝑖 𝑙𝑎̀𝑚 𝑐ℎ𝑢𝑎̂̉𝑛.

❌ 𝟮. 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒐́ 𝒌𝒆̂́𝒕 𝒒𝒖𝒂̉ 𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒉 𝒎𝒂̀ 𝒌𝒉𝒐̂𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒊𝒆̂̉𝒖 𝒒𝒖́ 𝒕𝒓𝒊̀𝒏𝒉

When I first started learning about business, I wanted to "𝑘𝑖𝑒̂́𝑚 𝑡𝑖𝑒̂̀𝑛 𝑙𝑖𝑒̂̀𝑛", "𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑎́𝑡 𝑛𝑔ℎ𝑒̀𝑜 𝑠𝑜̛́𝑚".

And then I was disappointed because a week, a month went by with no changes.

👉 𝑇ℎ𝑎̀𝑛ℎ 𝑐𝑜̂𝑛𝑔 𝑘ℎ𝑜̂𝑛𝑔 𝑐𝑜́ 𝑛𝑢́𝑡 𝑏𝑎̂́𝑚. 𝑁𝑜́ 𝑐𝑎̂̀𝑛 ℎ𝑒̣̂ 𝑡ℎ𝑜̂́𝑛𝑔, 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑒̂́𝑛 𝑙𝑢̛𝑜̛̣𝑐 𝑣𝑎̀ 𝑠𝑢̛̣ 𝑘𝑖𝑒̂𝑛 𝑛ℎ𝑎̂̃𝑛.

❌ 𝟯. 𝐊𝐡𝐨̂𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢̀𝐦 đ𝐮́𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐠𝐮̛𝐨̛̀𝐢 đ𝐨̂̀𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚̀𝐧𝐡

I once chose the wrong person to learn from.

Being good does not mean being suitable.

A person who "speaks well" may not have gone through what I am looking for.

👉 𝐻𝑎̃𝑦 ℎ𝑜̣𝑐 𝑡𝑢̛̀ 𝑛𝑔𝑢̛𝑜̛̀𝑖 đ𝑎̃ 𝑡𝑢̛̀𝑛𝑔 𝑔𝑖𝑜̂́𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑎̣𝑛 – 𝑛ℎ𝑢̛𝑛𝑔 ℎ𝑜̣ đ𝑎̃ 𝑣𝑢̛𝑜̛̣𝑡 𝑞𝑢𝑎 đ𝑢̛𝑜̛̣𝑡.

After this, I will reveal:

❓ If you were to start over, who would you want to learn from?

❓ Do you want to spend 6 months figuring it out on your own or go with someone who has gone before?

📌 I write this not to teach anyone, but to remind myself not to repeat it.

If I had known earlier, I would have saved 2 years of struggling…
