for 150 Days at a fixed 10% you can only use the interest

Binance tells me that it is going to reward me with this, but from what I see, it will give me 104 $BANANAS31 for 150 days in a locked form.

What does this mean? Is it going to give it to me with the fixed earn system for 150 days or what does it mean by locked Stacking?🤔 This is a serious question because they hadn't given me a reward of this kind before.
