Who is in charge of the financial activities of the Binance Wallet?

Can someone come out and help me solve this problem?

1/ I staked 50,000 USDT and received 50,000 USDX, but the actual exchange rate is not like this; their official website shows I can exchange for 50,016 USDX.

2/ After staking, I found that not staking in the wallet does not count, I waited 24 hours for redemption, then I restaked 25 USDT, and in the second step, I staked my 50,000 USDX, but it didn't count?
