The conversion will be executed on the basis of
the average OOKI to USDC exchange rate
between 2025-05-07 16:35:51 UTC and
UTC (hereinafter referred to 03:00:00 2025-11-27
as "Conversion Period"). Please note that
Binance will send a separate notification to all
impacted users when the conversion of 0OKI to
USDC is complete
