• I am going to share 3 projects present on Binance that can have excellent returns in the next altcoin cycle.

  • The cycle is starting to repeat itself again, and institutional capital is returning to the market with more strength.

  • The following cryptocurrencies are recommended to accumulate in Spot, now you will see why.

The new cycle

With Bitcoin breaking historical highs, the accumulation cycle and dominance begins to repeat itself in the market.

This consists of the following phases that forecast a new rally:

  1. Money is leaving the entire ecosystem in a profit-taking move

  2. BTC starts to rise, leaving all others behind. (Bitcoin Season)

  3. BTC dominance gains market share, hovering between 60% and 70%

  4. BTC stops rising aggressively, its dominance falls.

  5. Money flows into the top 5: ETH, XRP, SOL, BNB.

  6. Tokens within the main chains begin to outperform BTC, this is known as Altseason.

In this cycle, we have news that will take prices to unprecedented levels. ETFs are ensuring a huge flow of institutional money; the regulatory framework ensures the entry of new players willing to take risks; liquidity, that is, the amount of stablecoins available, continues to increase.

Finally, governments found a way out of their debt problems, using giants like Circle and Tether to ensure buyers of bonds, minting stablecoins.

The three projects to keep in mind.

  1. UNICHAIN $UNI

  2. Venus core protocol $XVS

  3. Synthetix $SNX

UNI

UNI is the main asset that I consider essential for this cycle, for several reasons.

First of all, it is the largest multi-chain swap of all, with just 3.8 billion market cap, ranked 30th globally. Its peak in the last ETH rise exceeded 20 USD and is the asset with the highest movement relationship with ETH.

With its latest great achievement, UNI became a Layer 2 blockchain on the Ethereum network, becoming extremely useful. If it already had a massive market share in DEX, with this last step it secured its future and utility.

Finally, Layer 2 networks have become of great interest among institutional investors. Secured on the main Ethereum network and with enormous growth potential.

XVS Venus

Venus is a native protocol of the BNB network, with a market capitalization of just 100 million dollars and an all-time high of 140 USD. Its price and market cap are not impressive, what makes it attractive is that it is No. 1 in TVL within the Binance network, above Cake. It has a total value locked of over 1.7 billion.

In summary, this DeFi protocol holds the first place in TVL, which translates into enormous trust among major investors.

Synthetix SNX

Synthetix is a multi-chain DeFi protocol, supported across all major networks, with a market capitalization of 270 million dollars.

Its main purpose is to create synthetic assets of the traditional market on the blockchain, the 'real world assets', a narrative that generated much more interest than AI within the ecosystem.

Conclusions:

These three assets are a potential gem for the next altcoin cycle because, on the one hand, they have been in the ecosystem for many years, possess real utility, and have trust among major players.

Each protocol is in a different narrative: Real world assets, Layer 2 chains, and decentralized finance. This allows us to diversify investment in anticipation of upcoming movements.

As mentioned, they are recommended in Spot, as there are still possibilities of upcoming drops in the market in general. We are not yet in the total FOMO phase and growth of altcoins, but it is very close, and we must prepare a strategy.

Finally, its potential lies in several factors: A market cap with growth potential; real utility and greater adoption; exposure to highly liquid markets; historical track record; and finally, the next cycle will be much larger than the previous ones, but more competitive, so we must bet on serious and established projects to avoid being left out.

Goodbye from El ciudadano Crypto, there will be more interesting articles soon.

And you, what are you accumulating right now?
