（1）You can buy, sell, or pledge Genesis Agent tokens at any time.
（2）The TP cooldown period only applies to the tokens you obtained through the Genesis Launch allocation (what everyone refers to as participating in a new project).
（3）If you purchased tokens from the secondary market, you can trade freely unless your total holding is below the allocation amount from the new project (which will trigger the TP cooldown period).
