One of the indicators I like to check before buying an asset on Binance is the APR rate in "simple Earn". I have noticed that when the rate is high, it can be for several reasons: (1) the project is new and enters with that plus to incentivize the purchase of the asset. (2) If the project is not new, then it needs some liquidity or simply to become attractive to new traders or retain those who are thinking of selling. Normally, these APRs range from 12% to more (up to 50!) however, they usually fluctuate during hours or days. This also makes them attractive. Thus, if an asset offers a 30% APR, it means that you earn 2.5% monthly, which is fabulous. Additionally, some offer "bonus" of the same asset or another currency as direct additional interest to your Spot wallet. When the project is quite stable, the APR is low (less than 5%) providing a sanction of solidity and reliability; in fact, their values (price) do not fluctuate much, they always manage to stay within a certain price range.

Finally, it should be noted that APRs are variable; today it may be at 15% and in the afternoon at 8% and the next day at 12.5% and so on. Also, the value of the currency changes depending on market circumstances. Everything works like a rolling forecast, dynamic - active, in motion. Thus, APRs can help you offset certain price drops and decide in which asset to invest.
