Beware of the Latest “Binance Mining Pool” Scam
Recently, I was added to a Telegram group promoting a so-called Binance mining pool activity. At first glance, it looked legit . Naturally, I thought it was an official Binance support channel.
The scam promised something very tempting: users could deposit Ethereum (ETH) into a smart contract wallet and receive 4 to 8 times that amount back in Binance Coin (BNB) within 30 minutes, plus at least 10% profit. It also claimed users could do this three times a day and get extra bonuses after multiple deposits. They provided detailed instructions, including which wallets to use, the exact smart contract address to send ETH to, and reassurances that this was a “zero-risk” grid trading and liquidity providing scheme. Many users in that Telegram group are actually bots programmed to send fake images of BNB or ETH received, creating a false sense of success and making you fear missing out (FOMO).
The “contract address” given was:
0x8b401a5Cb136C19c9eca7D1deB55841780666666
At face value, it seemed like a great opportunity, But after digging deeper and verifying with Binance’s official channels, I realized this was a perfectly executed scam.
it's sad 😢 that someone has send 9ETH ($19000)to this scammers wallet
