📛 Binance exchange demands to dismiss FTX's lawsuit for $1,760,000,000 (The Block)
Lawyers for the largest cryptocurrency exchange have filed a motion in Delaware court, calling the lawsuit from FTX "legally untenable."
According to them, FTX is trying to shift the blame for the exchange's collapse from Sam Bankman-Fried to Changpeng Zhao and Binance.
Additionally, Binance claims that the U.S. court lacks jurisdiction since the company is registered outside the country.
