Strategy once again adds to its bitcoin collection, this time they bought 7,390 BTC for approximately $764.9 million or an average of $103,498 per coin, according to Executive Chairman Michael Saylor.

After this purchase, Strategy now owns 576,230 bitcoins with a total acquisition cost of around $40.18 billion or an average of $69,726 per BTC as of May 18, 2025. Saylor also mentioned that the company's bitcoin profits have reached 16.3% this year, indicating that their investment is quite profitable.

This purchase further solidifies Strategy's position as the company with the most bitcoin. They continue to leverage a combination of equity and debt to expand their wealth. Recently, bitcoin prices have remained relatively stable below $103,000 and demand from institutions and individual investors is still high.

Strategy's aggressive approach in accumulating bitcoin makes them not just a software company, but a major player in the bitcoin economy. The more bitcoin they buy, the stronger their position in institutional bitcoin adoption becomes.
