On May 12, 2025, Strategy announced the purchase of 13,390 BTC for approximately $1.34 billion, bringing its total holdings to 568,840 BTC. This acquisition was funded through a combination of equity, debt, and preferred stock offerings.

Earlier, between April 21 and April 27, the company acquired 15,355 BTC for about $1.42 billion, at an average price of $92,737 per BTC.

In March 2025, Strategy purchased 22,048 BTC for approximately $1.92 billion, averaging $86,969 per BTC.

Additionally, in February 2025, the company acquired 7,633 BTC for around $742.4 million, at an average price of $97,255 per BTC.
