Looking to Start Binance Futures Trading – Need Honest Advice

Hello everyone,

I’m planning to get back into futures trading on Binance, but I want to be upfront—my previous experience didn’t go well. I made some bad calls due to a lack of proper education, risk management, and emotional control. It cost me more than just money—it shook my confidence.

But this time, I’m not rushing in blindly.

I’ve decided to take a disciplined approach, learn everything from the basics, and build a solid strategy before entering any position. I understand that futures trading involves high risk, especially with leverage, and I don’t want to repeat past mistakes.

That’s why I’m reaching out to the community. If you have any useful tips, beginner strategies, or trusted learning resources (like videos, articles, or mentors), please share them. I’m especially interested in:

How to manage leverage and avoid overtrading

Risk management techniques (like stop-loss, position sizing, etc.)

Simple strategies for beginners (such as trend following or breakout setups)

How to control emotions during trades

Trusted Binance Academy articles or YouTube channels

I’ve already started reviewing Binance's official guides and practicing on the Binance Futures Testnet to understand how everything works without risking real funds. I also know the importance of setting stop-losses, using isolated margin, and not risking more than 1-2% per trade.

Currently, Bitcoin is trading around $101,450, down slightly by 0.38% today. It’s clear that the market is always moving, and I don’t want to trade based on FOMO or panic anymore.

I truly believe that with patience and the right knowledge, I can turn my losses into valuable lessons and become a smarter trader.

Any guidance or support from experienced traders would mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance for helping me restart this journey with a better mindset and a stronger foundation.
