今天来讲讲币安无私钥钱包的安全问题 群友丢失1900U 现在暂无办法找回(大概没了) 昨日群友反馈: 之前群友是用苹果手机的面容自动创建钱包 在这过过程当中验证了身份验证器和邮箱验证码以后 直接面容就创建了钱包(途中没任何输密码步骤) 然后前几天他打算更新币安app 币安钱包显示app需要卸载重新安装 当他重新卸载安装完钱包想使用web3钱包的时候 就出现了恢复钱包的步骤 由于之前没有保存二维码 也没有这个密码步骤 虽然 已经找到了币安官方人员 似乎也没有办法找回 因为如视频操作所示: 根本就没有输入密码 群友在沟通期间说是已经输入密码 双方各执一词 然后显示的是iCloud备份 在此提现各位： 无论你是安卓还是苹果（特别是苹果面容） 1、创建好以后一定要备份一下二维码 2、输入备份密码，牢记备份密码 3、即使上传云端也能出现丢失情况或者信息未同步就删了 4、常态化验证二维码 然后给币安web3钱包工作人员提一个建议： 当用户面容识别的时候 多提醒一步让用户备份二维码和输入恢复密码 不然像视频这样的话 估计很多人都没有备份 多加一个提醒功能体验感会更好！ #以太坊安全计划
